Now for some announcements from Yonago City Hall
First, an announcement about welfare benefits.
To ease the effects of the consumption tax increase, a one off welfare benefit for 2016 is being provided to low income earners. Also, a special benefit is being provided for people on disability or survivor’s pensions to support low income earners who don’t benefit from wage raises. An application will be sent to beneficiaries and prospective beneficiaries in mid October. Applications should be returned in the reply paid envelope provided. The deadline for applications is January 23rd 2017.

Next, a request for submissions of children’s allowance current status notifications. People receiving a children’s allowance from Yonago city must submit a current status notification in June every year. If no notification is received, allowance payments after June will be discontinued. Papers were sent to all beneficiaries in June with a request for submission by the end of June. People who are yet to submit the notification, please do so as soon as possible.

Lastly, a request regarding resident change notifications.
If you are planning to move out of Yonago, please submit a notification to Yonago City Hall Citizens Division or the Local Policy Division of the Yodoe branch office. This can be submitted 14 days before the planned day of moving. To submit the notification you will need

Apart from submitting your notification of change of residence, various other notifications at different counters may also be necessary. Also, after moving, make sure to submit a change of residence notification at the city or town hall of your new place of residence within 14 days of moving.
Also don’t forget to follow the necessary procedures regarding water, gas, electricity, phone etc when moving.

首先是平成28年度临时福祉补助金，以及针对残障・遗孤基础年金收入者的补助金相关通知。
为减轻因上调消费税而受到影响的低收入人士负担，政府将发放“平成28年度临时福祉补助金”。
另外，为支援工资没有上涨的低年金收入者，政府将针对低收入的残障基础年金・遗孤基础年金收入者，发放“残障・遗孤基础年金收入者的补助金”。
各类补助对象将会在10月中旬左右收到政府邮寄过去的申请书。请填好后用指定信封回信。
申请期限是2017年1月23日。当天的邮戳有效.

第二，关于提交儿童津贴 现状报告的通知。
接受儿童津贴的相关人士每年6月需向政府提交现状报告，以便政府对其进行资格审查。如未提交现状报告，6月以后的儿童津贴将不再予以发放。政府已于6月上旬将现状报告填写单寄出，原则上6月之前须向政府提交。若还未提交的相关人士请尽速。

最后是有关搬家手续的通知
从米子市搬出去的情况，首先需要在米子市役所市民课或者淀江支所地域生活课办理登记手续。手续在搬家前14天开始受理。需要携带的物品包括本人印章、能确认本人身份的证件、印章登录证、国民健康保险证等。搬出登记以外，还需办好在其他行政窗口的手续。另外，到了新家所在地后也必须在14天内在当地政府办理搬入登记。
搬家时，除政府的相关手续外，还要记得办好水电气、电话等的手续。

먼저 2016년도 임시 복지급부금 및 장애・유족기초 연금 수급자 대상 급부금 지급에 관한 안내 말씀입니다. 소비세 인상으로 인한 저소득 계층에 미치는 영향을 완화하기 위하여, 2016년도 임시 복지급부금을 지급합니다. 또한 임금 인상으로 인한 혜택을 받기 어려운 저연금수급자를 지원하기 위해, ‘저소득 장애 기초연금 또는 유족기초연금 등의 수급자’를 대상으로 ‘장애・유족 기초연금 수급자 대상 급부금’을 지급합니다.
10월 중순에 대상자 분들께 신청서를 개별적으로 발송합니다. 신청은 원칙적으로 동봉된 답신용봉투를 통해 우편으로 보내주세요. 신청기한은 2017년 1월 23일 월요일까지로 당일소인 유효합니다. 자세한 사항은 임시복지급부금 담당 전화 23-5510으로 문의바랍니다.
다음으로 아동수당 현황서 제출에 관한 부탁 말씀입니다. 요나고시에서 아동수당을 수급하고 계신분은 수급자격 확인을 위해 현황서를 매년 6월에 제출하셔야 합니다. 현황서를 제출하지 않으시면 6월 이후의 수당이 지급되지 않습니다. 수급하고 계신분께 6월 상순에 현황서를 발송하여 6월 중으로 제출하도록 부탁드렸으나, 아직 제출하지 않으신 분은 시급히 제출을 부탁드립니다. 자세한 사항은 복지정책과 전화 23-5135로 문의 바랍니다
마지막으로 ‘이사 절차’에 관한 안내 말씀입니다. 요나고시에서 시외로 전출하시는 경우에는 먼저 ●요나고시청 시민과 또는 ●요도에지소 지역생활과에 신고해주세요. 전출신고는 전출 예정일 14일전부터 가능합니다. 전출신고시에 필요한 것은

●본인확인을 위한 신분증
●인감등록증
●국민건강보험증 등입니다.
